Hi, I'm Rachael

One of my biggest passions is being artsy fartsy.  I have been able to use that passion helping people in my therapy practice express themselves and get messy and brave, rather than perfect.

In my decade of therapy, I have found that the six most common topics keep popping up.  Most of us are pretty aware of them and are fairly good at them, but not necessarily prioritizing them.  Sometimes it can be too hard to figure out how to improve on them because there is so much to fit in.  

These topics include:

  • Self-compassion

  • Mindfulness

  • Empathy

  • Self-awareness

  • Self-talk

  • Value driven 

My purpose of Art of Relationship is to help you develop the topic that would benefit you the most.  As you strengthen these, it will ripple into strengthening relationships with others, even your relationship with food! An added bonus is you get to do some self-care and maybe develop a new hobby!
